Setup process campaign

Create your campaign easily in 5 minutes with Refluenced. We show you here, step by step, how it works:


New Campaign

Click on the “New Campaign” button on our landing page to be redirected.


Registration

Create an account on Refluenced.ch in the name of your brand and log in. You will be automatically redirected to create the campaign.


  1. Campaign Title

    Describe under which name and brand the influencers will find your campaign.


  2. Campaign Description

    What kind of brand are you? Which product do you want to promote on Refluenced and what do the influencers need to know about it?


  3. Countries where your campaign will be launched

    You can select the countries where influencers can apply for your campaign. 


  4. Any Image Format 

    Here you can upload up to 6 images to illustrate your campaign. The first image will be displayed as the campaign image.


  5. Product Description

    Describe which and how many products will be sent to the influencers.


  6. Product Selection

    This input is optional. You can provide an overview of your various products here, so that the influencers can decide during their application.


  7. Product Value

    What will be the value of the product that the influencers receive?

    You can also indicate whether you need the influencers' clothing sizes.


  8. Services per Influencer

    This is based on the selling price of your product and is automatically calculated by Refluenced.


  9. Task of the Influencers 

    Here you must describe how and what content the influencers should create. You can specify whether the influencers should say certain phrases, how they should present the product, or which features are particularly important to you in product communication.


  10. Accounts to Tag 

    If your brand has an Instagram profile, you can provide it here, and the influencers must tag it in their content so that the content refers to you and is visible in the reporting. 


  11. Hashtags to Use

    Provide hashtags, such as the name of your brand or your product. 


  12. Link Stickers Stories

    You can insert the link to your website here so that the influencers can link it in their stories.


  13. Campaign Period

    Select whether your campaign should be completed by a specific date or be ongoing.


    Limited-Time Campaign: Limited-time campaigns have a fixed application deadline.


    Ongoing Campaign: Ongoing campaigns do not have a fixed application deadline. You can continuously accept new influencers for your campaign until you want to end it.


  14. Campaign Phases

    With this function, you can select a date in the future when the application phase for your campaign should start.

    Refluenced distinguishes between 3 different phases to complete the campaign.


    Application Phase: Period (3-14 days) during which influencers apply for your campaign on Refluenced.


    Preparation Phase: Your brand has 7 days to send the products to the selected influencers.


    Commercial Phase: In these 14 days, influencers promote your product and publish their content. 


    The calendar shows you the period in which your campaign will go through the different phases and gives you the deadline for the Commercial Phase.
