Background
Until July 2024, Hero Mighty Patches were not available in Switzerland. To introduce the product and generate visibility in a new market, Hero partnered with Refluenced to run targeted influencer campaigns.
Strategy & Execution
Over a 6-month period, Hero collaborated with nearly 300 nano- and micro-influencers through Refluenced. Each influencer received a compensation package of 100 CHF in cash and 100 CHF worth of product.
The campaign focused on authentic, community-driven content creation — with influencers sharing personal use cases and skin experiences across TikTok and Instagram. Many of the 750+ content pieces were also reposted by Hero on its own Instagram feed to fill the newly launched Swiss account with genuine, high-quality content.
Thanks to the local Swiss follower base of the influencers, the campaign ensured hyper-targeted visibility and conversion-driven reach. The campaign was structured to act not only as an awareness builder but also as a conversion campaign on social media.
Results
With 1,184,699 impressions on TikTok and 264,174 views on Instagram, the Hero Mighty Patch campaign achieved broad exposure within the Swiss beauty community. The visibility was so strong that it can be assumed nearly every beauty enthusiast in Switzerland encountered the product via influencer content.
